Subscription Terms of Service

Please review the following terms and conditions prior to submitting your registration.

By submitting your registration you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions specified herein.

Do not submit your registration if you cannot agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below:

1. tell the Owner will bill your credit card on a recurring basis every thirty days based on the date of your registration. Source Endurance charges your credit card for the coming months services. We do not charge in advance past the coming month. We reserve the right to bill for a prorated period to align your billing date to the first of the month.
2. We require an initial three month commitment. In agreeing to these terms you agree to maintain your subscription for a minimum period of three months. Following the expiration of the initial three month term you may cancel your subscription by providing Tell the Owner with a 30 day notice in the form of an email or by faxing request for cancellation. Your request will be effective 30 days from date of receipt of the request. During the 30 day period subsequent to receipt of cancellation request by Tell the Owner, your system access will be maintained and you will be billed for services.
3. Cancellation requests can be sent to Tell the Owner via e-mail. Email requests for cancellation can sent to billing@telltheowner.com.
4. Clients who choose to leave prior to the end of the initial three month service term commitment will be charged through the end of the term commitment. If we are unable to successfully collect the outstanding fees for the committed term via the credit card information on file, we will pursue collection through standard commercial means.
5. By registering as a subscriber on our system you agree to hold confidential all information pertaining to special discounts and pricing structures as may be provided from time to time to our clients. In addition you agree to hold confidential special pricing provided to our clients related to the purchase of equipment offered by Tell the Owner for sale through our retail function.
6. You agree to allow Tell the Owner to access and utilize low level service feedback data, including both running survey, static survey, and keyword occurance for the purpose of the construction of a data warehouse for service performance research. Tell the Owner will NEVER use or make available publicly your personally identifiable information related to service performance without obtaining prior written permission from you, the client.
